The base for the 5 Pizza oven by Alfa Forni (formerly Allegro) is ideal for comfortably placing your oven , even on the terrace or in the garden. The base is black , equipped with large retractable side shelves, a warming compartment and a wood or cylinder shelf. The 4 swivel wheels with brakes with which it is equipped make it easy to move.

This base for the 5 Pizza oven has the following technical characteristics:

• The functional retractable side shelves are generously sized, to allow the chef to place ingredients, utensils and what is necessary for cooking. When the oven is not in use they can be folded to save space.
• The oven is produced with a warming shelf placed immediately below the combustion chamber. It was inserted to keep food at the same temperature, or to let it rest after taking it out of the oven.
• Thanks to the shelf it is possible to organize and store the wood in an orderly and clean manner, as well as place the gas cylinder.
• The 4 visible wheels with brakes are designed to make the oven more manageable, thus allowing you to move it and position it wherever you want
