The unique and patented design of Alfa ovens guarantees a comfortable and elegant cooking experience, both in an outdoor kitchen and in the garden, thanks to materials and technologies that promote excellent resistance to humidity and efficient thermal insulation. This is possible thanks to the innovative Heat Genius™ technology with which the heat is slowly released from the refractory stone and radiated uniformly through the curved walls of the oven, thus the sauce cooks at one temperature and the dough at another, with the result that each pizza is always well cooked and crispy to the right degree.

The Modern 1 pizza wood-fired oven by Alfa Forni is made of stainless steel and is the new pizza oven with compact dimensions , weighing only around 50 kg   of weight and with the unmistakable Alfa design. Ideal for those who don't want to waste time, very practical and fast, the gas oven represents the solution for those who want to obtain great results with simplicity despite having little space available and perfect for cooking one pizza at a time.

The 1 pizza oven (former One model) has the following technical characteristics:

  • Front panel in stainless steel , Construction of the cooking chamber in Forninox steel, Shell with double layer of powder coating
  • The double layer of ceramic fiber insulation used in professional pizza ovens guarantees excellent temperature stability during cooking and allows the side surfaces not to heat up too much.
  • HeatKeeper refractory brick cooking surface absorbs and stores heat to make pizzas crispy and soft to perfection. The surface is made up of interchangeable refractory tiles with a thickness of 3 cm
  • The hob measures: 60 x 40 cm
  • Anthracite handle in epoxy resin
  • Thanks to the patented Alfa deflector, the heat gradually exits the flue, thus obtaining very high performance.
  • Like all Alfa ovens, the 1 Pizza model is also equipped with the innovative Heat Genius™ technology which guarantees superior performance and reduced consumption
  • It heats up in a few minutes and cooks pizza like a real professional Neapolitan oven
  • It goes from 0°C to 500°C in just 30 minutes and cooks pizza in just 90 seconds .
  • The door has a peephole in the center, this will allow you to cook even with the door closed, allowing you to monitor the cooking of your food at any time.
  • The Alfa patented deflector allows the heat to gradually exit the flue, thus obtaining very high performance
  • WOOD - Logs with a maximum diameter of 5 cm pruned. (To use the oven you only need a little wood with a diameter of no more than 5 cm)

Possibility of adding a support base compatible with this oven, which can be purchased separately.

Using an Alfa wood-fired oven is simple and quick:

  1. Light the fire: Place the wood guard in the center of the oven, place small dry wood inside and light the fire. 3 or 4 pieces of wood will be enough to heat the cooking chamber quickly.

  2. Maintain the flame: 10 minutes after lighting it, move the wood guard to the left side of the oven. Once this operation is done, close the door for another 10 minutes. To maintain a constant temperature inside the oven, insert a log of wood with a diameter of less than 5 cm every 15 minutes or so.

  3. Remove the ash: once your food has finished cooking, close the door and wait for the flame to go out completely and the ash to form. Only when the oven is completely cold can you remove the ash on the hob
