Description
Alfa offers a wide range of high Italian quality accessories to make the best use of Alfa Forni ovens . To cook a good pizza, the oven is not enough, you also need the right accessories they will allow you to always have the right equipment at the right time.
The Gas connector for Alfa Forni ovens is very useful for connecting your Alfa gas oven to the cylinder to facilitate all owners of an Alfa gas oven in the LPG version. This is the gas regulator with quick connection and cylinder level indicator, safe and certified. It is used to adapt the gas pressure of the cylinder to the Alfa pizza oven.
What makes the Alfa gas pressure regulator unique is the particular quick coupling. Quick to connect and simple to use, it is particularly useful when you need to move the oven: in this case, in fact, you can conveniently detach the cooking tool from the cylinder in total safety.
The components are:
- Bolt with female thread for cylinder
- Pressure gauge for checking the LPG pressure in the cylinder with quantity indicator and leak detection with gas passage closure.
- Pressure regulator equipped with a filter to avoid the introduction of foreign bodies contained in the gas.
- Certified rubber hose
- 1/2” quick connection certified for gas use. Female part integrated on the pressure regulator tube and male part to be mounted on the gas train.
Connection for the smaller Alfa gas ovens: Portable, 1 pizza ovens and 2 pizza ovens.
A few simple steps to connect:
- Screw the gas regulator into the cylinder valve and, by hand, turn the bolt counterclockwise.
- Unhook the male part from the gas pipe by pulling back the knurling on the quick coupling. always use both hands to detach the two components so as not to damage the attachment.
- Connect the male part to the gas train, first by hand and then using a 25 wrench. Check the presence of the included gasket.
- Connect the hose thanks to the quick coupling-release system by applying a light force
