The Hybrid 2 Pizza Oven Classic line by Alfa Forni is the new very fast oven, 5 minutes are enough to cook bread and pizza. It is a compact wood-fired oven in stainless steel, ideal for balconies, terraces and gardens, its practical wheels make it easy to move. Very elegant and excellent for cooking pizza, bread, roasts, grilled meats,
desserts and everything you love to cook in the traditional oven.
Refractory top and stainless steel vault , it quickly reaches the cooking temperature (in 5 minutes).
The 2 Pizza Classico gas oven (former 5 minute model) has the following technical characteristics:
- The dimensions allow you to comfortably cook 2 pizzas in 90 seconds and 2 kg of bread per batch.
- Hob dimensions: 60x50cm
- The cooking surface is made up of interchangeable refractory tiles
- The vault entirely in stainless steel makes it possible to reach high temperatures with the use of little wood.
- The ceramic fiber insulation allows the heat to be maintained for a long time inside the oven.
- The stainless steel door is equipped with a wooden handle with an ergonomic grip that allows you to open and close the oven mouth without the risk of scalding.
- Opening and closing the door serves to regulate the temperature and the draft: with the door closed the flame is weaker and cooking takes place by conduction and convection; with the door open the flame is alive and this allows food to be browned and crispy.
- A pyrometer is attached to the oven which indicates the temperature in the oven chamber.
- The front is made of stainless steel so that the oven is easier to clean and the windowsill is very useful for placing trays and food.
