The Pizza Peel Set, includes everything needed to best manage the fire, cooking and cleaning in the wood-fired oven, and is made up of 4 products, all made of stainless steel and 120c long. The Set consists of 4 pieces:

• Shovel : the baking shovel, with perforated aluminum head, guarantees sturdiness, cleanliness and ease of handling, thanks to its rounded edge it is put into the oven very easily
• Palino : it is light, robust and easy to handle, furthermore, thanks to its satin stainless steel structure, it allows you to clean the part in contact with the pizza
• Move embers : allows you to prepare the oven surface and move the ash, embers and burning wood to the side.
• Oven brush : it is equipped with brass bristles which make cleaning more effective and above all preserve the characteristics of the refractory surface.

It is suitable for both hybrid, gas or wood ovens.

All the blades can be unscrewed and screwed if necessary using universal extensions , starting from 95 cm up to the length you desire.
