• Shovel : the baking shovel, with perforated aluminum head, guarantees sturdiness, cleanliness and ease of handling, thanks to its rounded edge it is put into the oven very easily
• Palino : it is light, robust and easy to handle, furthermore, thanks to its satin stainless steel structure, it allows you to clean the part in contact with the pizza. the length of the handle is fixed, 95cm.

It is suitable for both hybrid, gas or wood ovens.
