The Ceraforce® ceramic coating makes it resistant to temperatures up to 230°C. Granitium ensures excellent non-stick properties, lasting up to three times longer than previous BALLARINI ceramic coatings. This coating is produced without PFAS, ensuring safe and sustainable cooking. The Radiant induction base allows for rapid and even heating, offering impeccable cooking results.
One of the most innovative features of the Torre pan is the removable handle , which can hold up to 10 kg and is equipped with silicone inserts to protect the pans from scratches.
