The 28 cm diameter pan from the Ballarini Torre line represents the essence of versatility in the kitchen. Made of aluminum, this pan is compatible with all hobs, including induction , and can also be used in the oven thanks to its heat resistance up to 230°C without the handle.
The Ceraforce® Granitium ceramic coating ensures excellent non-stick properties, lasting up to three times longer than previous BALLARINI ceramic coatings. This coating is produced without PFAS , ensuring safe and sustainable cooking. The Radiant induction base allows for rapid and even heating, offering impeccable cooking results.
One of the most innovative features of the Torre pan is the removable handle, which can hold up to 10 kg and is equipped with silicone inserts to protect the pans from scratches. This design allows the pan to be used in the oven and easily stacked, keeping the kitchen tidy and saving space in the cupboards. In addition, the handle is compatible with all pans from the same Torre line .
