Flexible and handy knife. Thanks to the long and flexible blade, it allows you to thinly slice all types of cured meats and sausages, favoring a constant thickness.

For use and maintenance, we recommend manual washing in hot water in order to guarantee product integrity and durability. In any case, it is recommended to dry the knife after each wash. Do not use abrasive cloths or sponges.
