Short and handy knife. Ideal for cleaning and processing fruit and vegetables, especially herbs, onions, garlic and hot peppers.

Technical characteristics of the knife:

• Blade made of high quality chrome-molybdenum vanadium stainless steel 1.4116-X50 Cr Mo V15
• Blade made with laser cutting
• Handle composed of resin scales, glossy black, assembled with AISI 304 steel rivets without grooves to avoid the accumulation of residues
• Steel knot to ensure maximum adhesion between blade and handle and perfect balance of the knife during use
• Berkel logo engraved on the blade

For use and maintenance, we recommend manual washing in hot water in order to guarantee product integrity and durability. In any case, it is recommended to dry the knife after each wash. Do not use abrasive cloths or sponges.
