Salmon knife Iside line by Maglio Nero suitable for processing fish such as salmon thanks to its long blade, but thanks to its shape it can also be used for use on cold cuts. The handle is in POM, a resistant polymer, easy to clean and thanks to its shape it allows a comfortable grip and optimizes the balance of the knife.
