Today we offer you a very simple and quick drink to prepare: smoothie with red fruits !

INGREDIENTS ENTITS:

  • 100 g of raspberries

  • 100 g of blueberries
  • 100 g of strawberries
  • juice of one orange
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar

METHOD:

  • Wash the fruit and cut the strawberries into pieces by removing the stem.
  • In a blender add the fruit, the lemon and orange juice, the ice and a spoonful of sugar.
  • Blend everything until a liquid and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Add sugar if the drink is too tart.
  • Serve the smoothie and consume it cold
