Today we offer you a very simple and quick drink to prepare: smoothie with red fruits !
INGREDIENTS ENTITS:
- 100 g of raspberries
- 100 g of blackberries
- 100 g of blueberries
- 100 g of strawberries
- juice of one orange
- juice of half a lemon
- 3 ice cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar
METHOD:
- Wash the fruit and cut the strawberries into pieces by removing the stem.
- In a blender add the fruit, the lemon and orange juice, the ice and a spoonful of sugar.
- Blend everything until a liquid and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Add sugar if the drink is too tart.
- Serve the smoothie and consume it cold
