recipe
INGREDIENTS:(FOR 4 PEOPLE):
- 600 g of beef pulp
- 200 g of potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic; garlic
- 1 carrot
- 200 g of onions
- 50 g of butter (lard in the original recipe)
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons of paprika powder
- 2 green or red peppers
- 1 red tomato
:
Sizzle the butter, add the meat cut into small pieces and brown well.
Julienne the onions and add them to the meat.
Combine the crushed garlic, the cumin, the paprika and the diced carrots and leave to brown for another 10 minutes, cover with water, a pinch of salt and cook over low heat with a lid.
In the middle of the cooking add the potatoes, tomato and peppers all cut into cubes.
When cooked, remove the meat and vegetables and reduce the sauce until it becomes creamy.
Mix everything and serve:
