Shrimp and zucchini pasta

Today we offer you a simple and quick recipe for a first course with a delicate taste.

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 400 g of fresh egg pasta
  • 2 courgettes
  • 300 g of prawns
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • oil to taste
  • half a spoonful of chopped red pepper
  • a glass of wine

Procedure

  • After making your Pasta  fresh egg pasta   start preparing the prawn and zucchini sauce
  • First, with the help of a kitchen knife , cut the zucchini into strips and carefully peel the prawns .
  • Take a aluminum pan and heat the oil over medium heat. Add the courgettes and cook them over medium heat for a few minutes until cooked through. they won't start to soften.

  •  and cook them for a minute together with the zucchini. 
  • Deglaze with white wine and cook for a few minutes over medium-low heat, covering everything with a lid.
  • Season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of chilli. Let it cook for a couple more minutes.

  • Sauté in the pan for a few minutes.
  • Serve your shrimp and zucchini pasta at the table by adding a drizzle of oil on top.
