Today we offer you a simple and quick recipe for a first course with a delicate taste.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 400 g of fresh egg pasta
- 2 courgettes
- 300 g of prawns
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- oil to taste
- half a spoonful of chopped red pepper
- a glass of wine
Procedure
- After making your Pasta fresh egg pasta start preparing the prawn and zucchini sauce
- First, with the help of a kitchen knife , cut the zucchini into strips and carefully peel the prawns .
- Take a aluminum pan and heat the oil over medium heat. Add the courgettes and cook them over medium heat for a few minutes until cooked through. they won't start to soften.
- and cook them for a minute together with the zucchini.
- Deglaze with white wine and cook for a few minutes over medium-low heat, covering everything with a lid.
- Season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of chilli. Let it cook for a couple more minutes.
- Sauté in the pan for a few minutes.
- Serve your shrimp and zucchini pasta at the table by adding a drizzle of oil on top.
