As per our Bergamo tradition, on the tables of Sunday lunches it cannot be eaten. never miss the polenta that often accompanies main courses based on rabbit, braised meat and the famous osei escaped...
But why? don't give this side dish a touch of originality; and crunchiness?
With the cooled polenta you can make fantastic baked chips!!
Here's how to do it:
First, prepare the ingredients:
- polenta (cooled)
- Parmesan cheese
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
PROCEDURE:
Cut the strips of polenta about 1 cm wide. Coat them with Parmesan and place them on a baking sheet.
Add salt and put a drizzle of oil before placing them in the oven.
Let your polenta fries cook for 5 minutes at 160°, then about 17 minutes at 200° in mode fan grill. Turn them halfway through. cooking so that they become crispy on all sides.
Once cooked, serve them still hot and accompany them with sauces.
