INGREDIENTS:
- 240 g of flour
- 35 g of butter
- 240 ml of milk
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 100 g of raspberries
- 1 egg
- g of white chocolate drops
PROCEDURE
- Take a saucepan and heat the milk by melting the butter.
- In the meantime, beat the egg with the sugar in a bowl. Add the flour, baking powder and vanillin and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix everything with the help of a whisk and finally complete the mixture with the chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Pour the mixture into the pan for muffins and bake at 180° for about 20-25 minutes.
- When they are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
- Now your muffins are ready to be served!
