SALMON BUTTERFLIES: THE RECIPE

Today we offer you an excellent first course that is quick to make and will surely be a hit with your guests!

INGREDIENTS: (FOR 4-5 PEOPLE)


  • 400 g of butterflies
  • 25 g of butter
  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

METHOD:


- Boil the pasta in a saucepan with salted water

- Take the salmon and cut it into strips with a kitchen knife.

- Melt the butter in a pan and add the salmon. Let it burn slightly until it changes color.

- Add the cream and tomato purée and cook for 2-3 minutes.

- As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce. Add the chopped parsley and serve at the table

NOVELLA SALAD, CRUNCHY BACON, BALSAMIC VINEGAR VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE):

  • 120 g of sweet bacon
  • 120 g of new salad
  • 2 tomatoes

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 0,5 dl of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of soy milk
  • 1.25 dl of olive oil
  • 1.25 dl of sunflower oil
  • a pinch of salt

METHOD:

Dissolve the salt in the vinegar and the soy milk.

With the help of the immersion blender, emulsify the extra virgin olive oil and the sunflower oil.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Cut the bacon and quickly sauté it in the pan.

Season the salad with the vinaigrette, arrange it on plates, put the bacon and tomato on top.

Drizzle everything with a little sauce.

Enjoy your meal!
