A simple and tasty alternative for cooking outdoors on your OUTDOORCHEF barbecue.
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE:
- 500 g egg tagliatelle
- 2 pz carciofi
- 1 pz cipolla bianca
- 200 gr pancetta affumicata
- 500 cc Vino bianco
- 100 gr cacio grattato
- qb pepe
- qb sale
- qb olio extravergine di oliva
- 1 litro brodo di manzo

PROCEDIMENTO:
