Artichoke and bacon tagliatelle

A simple and tasty alternative for cooking outdoors on your OUTDOORCHEF barbecue.

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE:

  • 500 g egg tagliatelle
  • 2 pz carciofi
  • 1 pz cipolla bianca
  • 200 gr pancetta affumicata
  • 500 cc Vino bianco
  • 100 gr cacio grattato
  • qb pepe
  • qb sale
  • qb olio extravergine di oliva
  • 1 litro brodo di manzo

PROCEDIMENTO:
