Venus rice with zucchini prawns and peas

Venus rice is a brown rice with a dark color rich in nutritional properties for our body. There are numerous recipes that can be made with this particular rice. PentoleProfessionali offers you a simple and quick dish to make, suitable for a summer lunch.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g of Venus rice
  • 10 prawns
  • 3 courgettes
  • 120 g of peas
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • salt
  • 4 sprigs of chives  ;

PROCEDURE:

  • In a stainless steel saucepan boil the rice following the cooking times indicated on the package.
  • In the meantime, cut the courgettes and clean the prawns.
  • In an aluminum pan, add three tablespoons of oil and the courgettes cut into small pieces and cook them for around 10 minutes over medium heat. Halfway through cooking, add the prawns and peas and sauté them in the pan with the courgettes.
  • When the rice is ready; When ready, peel it and sauté it for a few moments in the pan with the sauce and season with salt and pepper
