A delicious recipe to accompany your summer aperitifs!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 courgettes
- 200 g of philadelphia
- a sprig of parsley
- 1/4 clove of garlic
PROCEDURE:
- In the meantime, using a knife , chop the parsley and garlic and add them to the philadephia, mixing well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Roll the cream obtained inside the courgettes.
- Close each roll with a toothpick and serve at the table!
