The dimensions of the Gastronorm trays
The basic Gastronorm measure is 100 mm. GN 1/1 (325 x 530 mm), regulated by EN 631. From this measure derive the dimensions of all containers and trays, which complete the compositions.
The Gastronorm system allows you to use the individual elements also supplied by producers different without the need to redo adaptations or modifications. The same GN 1/1 tray can be used for cooking. be easily used in a GN 1/1 oven, in a refrigerator, display case, cupboard or trolley.
