Cambro's Chamchiller, Thermobarrier & Camwarmer
This series of thermal devices is designed for catering service operators who need to keep temperatures constant.
CP2632 and CP3253 camchillers
The camchiller is a really simple to use thermal device to keep cold food cold. In fact, the Camchiller ice lolly plate improves food conservation below 5°C, especially if the trolley or container is opened frequently. Freeze it in advance and place it in the container before placing the food in it to cool the environment.
How to use:
- Freeze for 8 hours;
- Insert one or two Camchillers on the upper guides and let the compartment cool down for 15/20 minutes;
- Load the pans of already refrigerated food under the Camchiller;
- Moved pans and Camchiller down as food is removed.
ThermoBarrier EPPP3252DIV
The ThermoBarrier thermal barrier is the solution for minimizing the empty space and loss of food temperature in a compartment or container that is not completely full.
How to use:
- Insert the shelf between the hot food at the top and the cold food at the bottom;
- Or insert it under the hot food loaded in the upper compartment;
- Or place it on top of cold food loaded in the lower compartment.
Camwarmer HB3253
Used to keep food warm during storage and transport. Put it in the compartment with hot food to lengthen holding times when the trolley or container is opened frequently.
How to use:
- Heat for 45 minutes in the oven at 180°C;
- Insert two Camwarmers in the guides at the bottom and let the compartment heat up for 15-20 minutes;
- load the pans with hot food on top of the camwarmers;
- move pans and camwarmers up as food is removed.
