Coravin Pure Sparkling Co2 capsules, 6-piece package

Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 Capsules power your Coravin Sparkling™ Sparkling Wine Preservation System . These replacement capsules are filled with pure CO2, the same gas that creates the bubbles in sparkling wine, to preserve its taste and effervescence for 2 weeks. Each capsule stores up to 7 standard bottles of sparkling wine.

How does it work:

-After pouring all the sparkling wine you want, lift the locking handle of the Stopper up to the open position. Then place the Stopper on the open bottle and firmly press the locking handle down until you hear a click.

-Reset the CO2 level: Check the pressure indicator to make sure it is green. This means that there is a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule installed. Align the system on top of the Stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator will turn red, indicating the bottle is ready to be filled with CO2. When the indicator turns green again, the CO2 level will have been restored.
