The Crossray 4-burner infrared gas barbecue is perfect for all types of cooking , from slow cooking bbq to pizza and cooks food evenly without differences in heat or flame intensity, as in traditional barbecues.
The cooking grates heat up quickly and are virtually self-cleaning.
The CROSSRAY+ infrared system, patented and tested , guarantees controllable and evenly distributed heat, using 50% less gas than common gas barbecues.
How does the CROSSRAY system work?
The heat produced by the infrared cooks the food without making it dry as live fire often does, furthermore, thanks to the lateral positioning of the infrared, the fat and juices fall towards the fat collection tray , avoiding the creation of smoke and thus ensuring a comfortable barbecue session.
