The Demeyere Alu Pro pan can be used at home or in professional kitchens and is perfect for searing meat and vegetables and obtaining a caramelized flavour, and also for stir-frying.
Body
Cold forged aluminum with 5mm base provides fast and even heat distribution, avoiding hot spots to avoid burning your food. Aluminum structure for greater strength and stability
Radiant TriplInduc technology gives the pan a durable, stable base for excellent contact on induction hobs, ensuring a quick heat-up time and helping to reduce energy consumption.
Non-stick coating
Duraglide Titanium is long-lasting, scratch-resistant and allows you to fry healthily using little oil or long-lasting fat.
Handle
The lightweight stainless steel handle is riveted to the body of the pan for maximum sturdiness.
