Material characteristics

The DOLCEVITA EGO barbecue is the first barbecue that works with or without lava rock equipped with a stainless steel oven hood, borosilicate glass and thermometer. The cast iron grill and certified plate guarantee maximum hygiene and safety in contact with food and the fat collection system with removable drawer and tray allows for easy cleaning.

The DOLCEVITA EGO barbecue can be ordered already running on methane or converted at a later time, thanks to the methane conversion kit.

Versatile and elegant, the DOLCEVITA EGO barbecue can be used with or without lava rock. Particular attention was paid to the choice of materials and finishes which combine the construction choices well with the aesthetic choices that make the DOLCEVITA EGO barbecue the barbecue par excellence. Spare parts are guaranteed for 15 years.
