The Dolcevita EURO barbecue with safety valve

The Dolcevita EURO SAFETY CONTROLS barbecues are equipped with safety valves which quickly cut off the flow of gas if the flame accidentally goes out . The flame of the burners, in fact, overheats the thermocouple which generates a micro current. This energizes a magnet which, in turn, actuates the gas inlet valve mechanism. If the heat source, i.e. the burner flame, fails, the whole process stops and the gas inlet valve closes, regardless of the position of the control knob.

Dolcevita EURO SAFETY CONTROLS barbecues are certified according to the UNI EN 203-1 standard (Gas-powered appliances for professional kitchens).

Dolcevita EURO SAFETY CONTROLS barbecues are also certified for indoor use.
