Built with outdoor cooking in mind, they feature a glass viewing window so you can keep an eye on your food while it's cooking, and an insulated double-walled oven hood, which keeps the heat in while you're cooking with the hood down, saving gas.
Featuring specially designed Grillsmart ® cooking plates to allow for easy redirection and drainage of hot fats and oils as they are released from foods during the cooking process, for healthier, tastier foods, and reduced flare-ups. With the angled cooking plates and grooved cooking surfaces, fats and oils travel along the collection channel to the fat drip tray , which can be easily removed for disposal and cleaning.
