A classic line, which refers to the more traditional concept of pizza peel: the shape is unique, rectangular with very wide angles, a perfect synthesis between round and rectangular, the structure is rigid, the handle and head are thicker.

ROBUST STRUCTURE
The rectangular head has the ideal housing for the pizza with a very large radius of curvature, cantilevered on the bottom. The milling is frontal and the increased thickness ensures rigidity, resistance to accidental blows, scratches, allowing to support the heaviest and largest pizzas.
The head-handle joint consists of the insertion in the handle of the head extension blocked internally by two cones with expander.
Available in five head sizes and four different handle lengths.

THE ADVANTAGE OF DRILLING
The perforated version has a partial perforation, on the initial part of the head, designed to enhance smoothness and discharge any flour left under the pizza during the dusting phase.

A STURDY, HEAT-RESISTANT Scoop
Small peel entirely in stainless steel, it has an oval shape with a thicker head, which ensures the right sturdiness even for moving small logs of wood inside the oven.
Tubular handle and traditional hanging directly on the round plate. Grips at the bottom of the handle and sliding element in a special polymer with high resistance to shocks and heat (a joint on the bottom of the handle
allows you to block the intermediate element and find it available at the top when the small peel is placed upside down).
