Entirely in stainless steel with 4 80 mm wheels. It has a lid with two openings for easy removal of the flour and a removable bayonet front to facilitate lateral introduction of the bags, avoiding lifting them up. In the traditional tank version, due to poor accessibility, the same flour remains on the bottom for long periods with unsuitable hygienic results. The solution devised by Gi.Metal allows for the maintenance of two 25 kg bags and perfect management of the flour: having started a bag, it becomes automatic to wait for it to finish before opening a new one, with no contact between the flour and the container, avoiding formation of residual aged flour.
