Description
GHA aluminum pizza peel, diam. 20cm drilled, handle 1.8mt
GHA (Golden Hard Anodising) is a special anodization exclusive to Gi.Metal, which makes the surface of the blade
extremely resistant to heat, corrosion, scratches and wear; unmatched smoothness and high antibacterial and anti-mold capacity.
The GHA treatment applied to the head of the shovel and to the entire peel adds to the characteristics of sturdiness, lightness and manageability common to the Azzurra line, features of extreme value that place the Gold Line at the top of our range.
SPECIAL TREATMENT
GHA (Golden Hard Anodizing) is the name of this particular treatment of Japanese origin, an anodic oxidation with subsequent sealing of the microporosities with silver ions, which gives the aluminum alloy the characteristics and performance typical of stainless steel.
ADVANTAGES:
• Heat resistance. 3 times greater than anodized aluminum
• Duration. Corrosion, scratch, impact and wear resistance
• Smoothness. Very low coefficient of friction
• Hygiene. High antibacterial and anti-mold capacity
• New drilling: optimized flour unloading
EXTREME SMOOTHNESS AND LOW FRICTION
The heads of the peels and small peels are perforated: the particular design of the holes is designed to facilitate the discharge of the flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and from burning. The GHA treatment provides self-lubrication which drastically reduces friction, preventing the paste from sticking to the blade surface.
THE NEW DRILLING
After extensive analyzes and tests, Gi.Metal engineers have designed and patented a new and exclusive hole pattern; a radically new design capable of providing high performance, optimized with respect to punctures
existing. In fact, thanks to the particular positioning of the holes on oblique lines, the flour is discharged in two directions, guaranteeing an incomparable result.
RESISTANT AND SAFE
The head-handle joint is made up of the overlapping of the two elements secured by three large in-line rivets which guarantee safety and non-removability. The handles of the shovels are in oval tubular to promote stability.
