Description
Stainless steel pizza peel, diam. 17cm, handle 2m
A complete line that is characterized by lightness, extreme resistance and flexibility. The assortment is wide and able to satisfy any need of the professional pizza maker: rectangular, round and by the metre, smooth, perforated and embossed surfaces, heads in various materials, handles of different lengths, for different types of ovens.
LIGHTNESS
All the models of the Linea Azzurra have a lower weight than the classic models, thanks to the reduced thickness of the sheet metal, the handles in ribbed tubular and the holes present on the perforated versions.
FUNCTIONALITY
Light and flexible aluminum heads allow the spatula effect with special ribs that ensure the seal and a smooth and regular milling that facilitates taking charge of the pizza.
RESISTANCE AND SAFETY
The handle head joint is made up of the overlapping of the two elements secured by three large rivets in line, designed to guarantee maximum resistance, guaranteeing the absence of vibrations and immovability (think that the same rivets are used for the construction of aircraft nacelles).
The oval tubular handles also promote stability and an optimal grip.
THE ADVANTAGE OF DRILLING
In the perforated versions, the heads of the peels and small peels have holes all over the surface, specially designed to give low friction and discharge the flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza, risking burning.
THE MATERIALS
ANODIZED ALUMINUM
The neutral anodization makes the surface of the blade uniform, protecting it from oxidation, as well as guaranteeing its incomparable lightness.
STAINLESS STEEL
The steel blades use special stainless steel with a low percentage of Nickel to respect allergies. They are ideal for those looking for a highly robust instrument, reduced heat transmission and maximum safety.
HIGH SPEED STAINLESS STEEL
For those looking for maximum smoothness even in steel, the choice falls on high-speed blades. Gi.Metal uses a steel sheet with a particular process that gives the surface a rice grain relief. This particular manufacture allows to minimize the contact surface between the shovel and the dough, decreasing of
consequently the friction and allowing to limit the use of dusting flour, thus leaving the oven cleaner.
THE PALLET
The small peels of the light blue line are solid and light, available both in the solid and in the perforated version, with fine and diffused slots to reduce their weight. Entirely in stainless steel, they avoid the transmission of the heat of the oven, while the bottom handle and the intermediate sliding grip are in a special high-density, high-strength polymer
shock and heat. The sliding element also fits into the bottom of the handle so that the peel stacked with the head down can immediately be gripped correctly.
