Material characteristics

To make professional trolleys, GiMetal has created a tubular load-bearing structure on which the top is secured by interlocking. This solution makes it possible to overcome the traditional construction technique which involves welding planes stamped on the sides and which creates critical points subjected to various stresses, on which all the effort proceeds. In these conditions, a slightly uneven floor or an object that hinders movement blocks the wheels and the inertia of the upper part of the trolley tends to move forward, risking bending the structure.

The characteristics of GiMetal's professional trolleys are as follows:

• removable tops (facilitating sanitization or replacement)
• insertion of Gastronorm tubs directly on the frame (replacing one or more tops)
