Knives Global: high quality for everyone
Global Japanese knives were born in 1985 thanks to the famous designer Komin Yamada and his dream of creating a series of knives that are easy to handle but capable of meeting the demands of any type of cook, home or professional. From the moment they landed on the market, Global knives set a new standard, becoming the emblem of high quality cutlery capable of combining captivating design and phenomenal cutting performance.
Sai Series by Global: Global excellence in your kitchen
Designed for absolute excellence, the Japanese knives of the Global SAI series are indispensable objects for the kitchen of great chefs, both professional and amateur. The blade of the knives is made of CROMOVA 18 Sanso steel, i.e. a triple layer that has a core of 58-59 Rockwell hardness steel and the two outer layers of SUS419 stainless steel. The hammered finish on the blade, in addition to a cutting-edge aesthetic, makes it easier for the food to separate from the surface of the knife.
