Manual knife sharpener with suction cup from the tuttiXuno line equipped with 3 sharpening mechanisms in diamond steel , tungsten and ceramic with ABS structure with a diameter of 6.5 cm .
Diamond steel repairs damaged edges of the blade, tungsten ensures effective and long-lasting sharpness and ceramic refines the sharpness and polishes the blade
Instructions for use : 1. Place the knife sharpener on a flat surface and rotate the gray knob clockwise while pressing downwards to secure the knife sharpener to the work surface. To unlock, rotate counterclockwise and grasp the knife sharpener by the base. Insert the knife into one of the mechanisms: diamond steel sharpening mechanism, ideal for damaged knives; tungsten sharpening mechanism, ideal for knives that have completely lost their sharpness; Ceramic sharpening mechanism, ideal for knives that just need to sharpen the edge and polish the blade. 2. To sharpen the knife, slide the blade through the mechanism starting from the end (near the handle) to the tip, applying light pressure. Repeat the movement 3-4 times. To finish the sharpening, pass the blade through the ceramic mechanism. 3. After use, clean the mechanisms with a non-abrasive sponge or soft cloth, moving the sponge or cloth with movements similar to those of sharpening. Do not use the knife sharpener with serrated blades or scissors. To avoid damaging the knife when sharpening, use only light pressure. Do not wash the knife sharpener in the dishwasher or immerse it in water.
