The Cellini Evoluzione model is equipped with a copper boiler with a brass flange. Boiler with external insulation for greater thermal stability and energy savings.

Frame and cup holders in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Two professional pressure gauges, one for pump pressure control and the other for boiler pressure which guarantee the correct extraction process, the professional rotary electric pump with the possibility of use with a tank or connection to the water mains, the commercial mechanical pressure switch complete the advanced technical characteristics of this model.
