Giotto Evoluzione PID is an espresso and cappuccino coffee machine equipped with a chronoelectronic device which allows for temperature regulation and control, guaranteeing thermal stability of the water supply for different coffee blends and for steam delivery.

Copper boiler with brass flange. Boiler with external insulation for better thermal stability and energy saving.

From professional pressure gauges, one for pump pressure control and the other for boiler pressure, which guarantee the correct extraction process.

Professional rotary electric pump for higher delivery pressure.
