Description
The 3mm Aluminum High Pot by Pentole Agnelli consists of two nickel-free stainless steel handles and an aluminum body and is ideal for poaching, boiling, blanching, marinating and preparing brines.
The high pot is made of aluminium, a very common material in the production of cooking tools for several reasons:
- Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity, it allows the heat to be spread evenly over the entire surface of the pot, saving time and energy.
- It is a versatile material in fact it adapts to different cooking techniques.
