Description
The low Casserole in aluinox from the 1932 Collection consists of two handles in nickel-free stainless steel and a trilaminate body in mirror finished aluinox for table service.
The correct sizing of both shapes and materials and thicknesses as well as the most refined finishes make products unique objects and at the same time compatible for gas, electric, radiant and induction hobs.
The new Baldassarre Agnelli 1932 line represents the reproduction of a collection of cooking, cooking and serving tools, born in 1932, recovering the value of good cooking and the art of the table in different metals.
The aluinox trilaminate consists of two layers of steel and one of aluminum, the aluminum layer of about two millimeters, in fact gives the cooking tools a better result:
- Thanks to the combination of steel and aluminum, it allows the distribution of heat on the sides and on the surface, guaranteeing a homogeneous diffusion
- The aluminum heart ensures good energy savings
- It is a versatile material in fact it adapts to different cooking techniques
