Description
The 2mm trilaminate frying pan by Pentole Agnelli line 1907 consists of a single handle in nickel-free stainless steel and a trilaminate body and is ideal for sautéing pasta and opening blueberries.
The Baldassarre Agnelli 1907 line in trilaminate for induction unifies the value of good cooking and the art of the table , the elegance provided by the stainless steel handles and the outermost layer in copper make them perfect for serving on the table directly in the cooking tool.
The body of the trilaminate frying pan is made up of three metals: copper, aluminum and steel. The copper guarantees better heat diffusion, the 18/10 stainless steel as a guarantee of hygienic safety inside and the aluminum heart which ensures perfect expansion of copper and steel, giving elasticity to the product.
This stratification allows us to present the qualities of each of the three materials:
- High ability to conduct heat
- Can be used for cooking on gas, electric, induction and radiant cooking
- Robust and resistant
- 80% recyclable
- They do not require maintenance
