Pentole Agnelli's Radiant Pot in aluminum 5mm consists of two nickel-free stainless steel handles and an aluminum body and is ideal for poaching, boiling, blanching, marinating and preparing brines.
The High Radiant Pot is made of aluminum, a very common material in the production of cooking tools for several reasons:
- Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity it allows heat to be diffused and thanks to the thickness of 5 mm it allows a more precise and homogeneous diffusion of heat over the entire surface of the pan, saving time and energy.
