This series of Japanese knives by Miyabi is designed for kitchen lovers who want to have fine blades while still maintaining a low budget. The FC 61 steel blade is characterized by high hardness and is able to withstand even intensive and heavy use.
The particular design on the blade recalls the tradition of forging Japanese katanas. The elegant black pakka wood handle gives the knives a refined design which is enhanced by the precious metal rivet made with the mosaic technique.
