Description
Monolith LeChef barbecues combine the advantages of a classic barbecue with those of a stone oven: thanks to their structure and the materials they are made of, Monolith barbecues allow you to carry out different types of cooking:

- Indirect cooking, thanks to the addition of the ceramic deflector
- Smoking
- Bake pizzas, focaccias and bread in the oven, thanks to the possibility of Monolith to reach temperatures up to 400 °C
The novelties of the new Monolith Pro Series 2.0 combine the features of the recent Serie-Pro 1.0 with incredible new technical solutions:
- Gaskets in stainless steel
- Fiberglass with high quality metal bands
- Arrangement on the side for BBQ Guru fans
LeChef PRO: the largest Monolith grill. The LeChef PRO model is the largest grill in the Monolith range with a 55cm cooking grid with which you can grill, barbecue, bake, smoke and cook. It is particularly suitable for preparing large pieces of meat as well as for cooking various foods simultaneously.
Up to three cooking levels. in the Monolith LeChef PRO you can have up to 3 cooking levels by overlapping the appropriate accessory grills. This feature makes the Monolith LeChef ideal for both domestic and professional use for large grills, catering and banqueting, large gastronomic events, fairs and barbecue competitions. Thanks to the feeding system for smoking chips and pellets, these can be placed directly on the embers without having to open the lid of the grill and stop cooking. The functions of the Monolith LeChef model can be expanded thanks to a vast assortment of accessories such as the rotisserie, the cast iron grills, the refractory stone for pizza and bread, the wok system and even a Plancha/Fry top.
The Monolith LeChef is available in black and red and in versions with and without a frame with wheels and bamboo shelves. In the frameless version it is supplied without shelves and is equipped with ceramic feet to improve its stability when it is placed in its "Buggy" trolley, in the Teak accessory table, placed on a surface or inserted in an outdoor kitchen.
