Barbecue Monolith BBQ Guru
Monolith BBQ Guru barbecues, products of the main outdoor cooking brand, combine the advantages of a classic barbecue with those of a stone oven , in a compact and easy to transport solution.
Thanks to the structure and the materials they are made of, the Monolith BBQ Guru barbecues allow you to carry out different types of cooking :

- Indirect cooking, thanks to the addition of the ceramic deflector
- Smoking
- Oven cooking of pizzas, focaccias and bread, thanks to the possibility of Monolith to reach temperatures up to 400 °C
Technology applied to tradition
The models of the Monolith BBQ Guru Edition Classic series were developed in collaboration with the American partner BBQ Guru , manufacturer of digital controls for grills and barbecues.
Thanks to the already integrated fan, the temperature inside the grill can also be controlled automatically and kept constant . The temperature of the cooking chamber is controlled by a sensor which passes the data to the digital controller, which in turn controls the integrated fan which regulates the amount of air to be introduced to keep the embers more or less alive . This feature makes BBQ Guru barbecues unique in their kind.
Finally, the controller also serves to control the cooking temperature of the food through the appropriate sensors .

The barbecue is available only in black , with frame and side shelves or without frame and shelves but equipped with stabilizing ceramic feet.
