Monolith Junior: the all-round barbecue

The Monolith Junior charcoal barbecue combines the advantages of a classic barbecue with those of a refractory stone oven.

As its name suggests, the Junior is the smallest model in the Monolith range . Thanks to its small size it can easily fit into any garden or terrace.

Thanks to its structure and the materials they are made of, the Monolith barbecue allows you to carry out different types of cooking, all under the same hood :

• Cook at low temperature
• Cook at high temperature
• Grilling with direct cooking
• Grilling with indirect cooking, thanks to the addition of the ceramic deflector
• Smoking
• Bake pizzas, focaccias and bread in the oven, thanks to the possibility of reaching temperatures up to 400 °C

Furthermore, precisely because of these characteristics, the Monolith Junior barbecue is also widely used in professional catering , for grilling and barbecuing even outside the home.
