The Monolith Classic is our most popular model. With a 46cm diameter cooking grate, you can grill, barbecue, smoke, bake pizza and bread, and roast.

The grill area, which can be extended with the additional grill, thus creating a second hob, is large enough to be able to cook several foods at the same time.

Thanks to the feeding system for smoking chips and pellets, these can be placed directly on the embers without having to open the grill lid and interrupt cooking.

The functions of the Monolith Classic model can be expanded thanks to a vast assortment of accessories such as the rotisserie, the cast iron grills, the refractory stone for pizza and bread, the wok system and even a
Plancha/Fry top.

The Monolith Classic is available in black and red and in framed and frameless versions with wheels and bamboo shelves. In the frameless version it is supplied without shelves and is equipped with ceramic feet to improve its stability when it is placed in its "Buggy" trolley, in the Teak accessory table, placed on a surface or inserted in an outdoor kitchen.

The novelties of the new Monolith Pro Series 2.0 line combine the features of the recent Pro-Series 1.0 with incredible new technical solutions:
