Description
Monolith Charcoal: The best barbecues deserve the best charcoal.
Monolith charcoal is produced from oak wood sourced exclusively from certified European forests and forestry. The production takes place through a very low CO2 emission process, and extracts tars and acids to produce a uniformly charred and energy-rich charcoal.
The pieces of coal vary in size from 4 to 12 cm, creating a perfect mass of coal in the brazier or combustion chamber which creates an intensity of heat suitable for both direct and indirect cooking .
Thanks to the perfect carbonization, the charcoal ignites very quickly and 200-250°C is reached in 10-15 minutes. with the possibility of maintaining high temperatures for a long time.
Monolith coal is ideal for both domestic use and for use in professional catering .
