The two-part deflector stone, together with the charcoal basket with its divider, allows you to set different cooking and temperature zones in the grill, direct cooking and indirect cooking. Available only in Monolith Classic and LeChef models. The deflector stone consists of two crescent-shaped ceramic elements, and therefore depending on the use, one or two can be positioned. The deflector stone protects food from ember flames and direct heat. In this way food can be cooked indirectly gently and slowly without being burned. Thanks to the new shape of the spacer in the Monolith Classic model, a second grate level (set of 2 pieces) can now be used. In the Monolith Junior, given the size of the grille, the deflector is made up of a single piece.
