Plancha Fry Top, Classic model

The 5mm steel plate transforms the Monolith into a Fry Top or a Plancha. With a diameter of 74 cm, it is possible to cook and grill an infinite number of foods and use the Monolith also to toast sandwiches or buns for hamburgers or cook fresh piadine. Thanks to the ventilation system of the Monolith, with a lower vent and a valve placed above the fireplace, the temperature of the steel top can be easily adjusted and managed. When first used, the Plancha must be heated thoroughly to sanitize it and eliminate the impurities of the steel.
