Charcoal barbecue Outdoorchef mod. Kensington 570C black

Outdoorchef Kensington 570 C allows you to have two barbecues in one, thanks to the exclusive EASY SLIDE® funnel system.

Here's the trick to the charcoal: it only fits on one side. In this way it is possible to use the same grill with different temperatures.

Thanks to the EASY SLIDE® system, it is possible to move the food from direct to indirect heat with just one simple movement of the hand. The heat can be optimally monitored by means of adjustable openings on the lid and on the underside of the sphere.

The large openable grill of the Outdoorchef Kensington 570 C allows you to conveniently top up the charcoal during cooking.

Two types of cooking with the Outdoorchef Kensington 570 C

The Outdoorchef Kensington 570 C barbecue allows for two different types of cooking:

Direct cooking

For direct cooking and grilling simply position the EASY SLIDE® funnel so that the opening is above the charcoal, and then place the food directly above the opening.

Indirect cooking

To carry out indirect cooking, move the opening of the EASY SLIDE® funnel away from the charcoal and close the lid. This way you can use the entire surface for indirect cooking.
